I agree.  Also, "Let me help y"...  most nonfiction books don't 
really go into the first-person.

Robert,
I agree with Brad.  I'm very skeptical and certainly not willing 
to fork over
money when there is so much online and through NLS and Bookshare 
that I
haven't digested.
