[stylist] VR Stream question

Greetings,

A friend send me his novel as a word document for my input. He's looking for a 'big picture' critique, so I'd like to download his book onto my VR Stream and read it just like I would an NLS or audible book. The logical folder to me is the VR text folder, but when I try to copy it there, it won't  work. 
Does anyone know how to do this?
