That can also refer to a gas , sometimes known as a noble gas, which does
not combine easily with other elements.  Helium, neon, argon, xenon and
radon are the ones that come to mind.  

I enjoy your word postings.  It's good to know that what happens in the mind
of Vejas doesn't stay in the mind of Vejas.  Chuckle.
