Donna,
Great Haiku. Nature, and has the twist at the end.
Also, I wanted to mention that I have read all of your posts with un-ending
admiration. Even going back to your story some time ago. If I do not comment
on all, either it is that I don't feel qualified, or someone else has said
what I think, or simply lack of time to do any comments.
You are a wonderful source for learning the craft of writing, for
encouraging beginning writers, and for nailing specifics in all kinds of
writing including poetry.
Thank you for your work
Jackie

Hi Friends,

Barbara's poem inspired me today. We only made 50 in northeast Pennsylvania,
but the sentiment's the same.

Sun burns my bear ears,

Catnip grows by the back steps,

January 5th?

Donna
