[stylist] Speeding audio up

Chris,
That's the way all the versions of Jaws I've had work during "say all."
Using the control+alt makes it work when not in Say all.

I'm using Jaws 11, Vista, word 2007, and all I have to do is, while jaws is 
actively reading (and that's an important detail), hit page up or page down,

and the speed changes while in that application or window.
