Hi Donna,

I think you did an excellent job with this article. It's interesting and 
informative, and while I found the google and other ads distracting, your 
writing was very professional. As I was reading the one-solution section, 
and Johnston mentioned low braille literacy rates, I thought--what does this 
have to do with government web accessibility? But a few sentences later it 
made more sense. Nice job.
