Chris. What a hoot. The police here in Mesa are pretty thorough about
surveying all the corners. But, Gee, if I could get through a day perhaps
with a lookout I could give a cut of the profits, to, if might be worth it.
Will you all visit me in jail?
I always thought it might be worth it to go to jail and then write about it.
Is there an age limit for rebels?

Jackie,

A few years ago I took a train into Manhattan with my family. As we walked
through Grand Central, there was a woman standing next to a box with 'Short
stories $2' written on it. I spoke to her briefly, and she told me she was a

grad student and had 3 different stories for sale to people getting on the
trains. The previous day she'd made about $380 before the police came and
kicked her out.
Even though I couldn't read it, I bought a story.
