Ashley, It is a very short book, jsut two sides on the casette tape. but
really good information on nutrition and I gained some good tips after
reading it that I am applying to my daily life. It is a down to earth type
of book, very easy to read and understand. the only thing i ever eat from
any fast food place is the Veggie Burger that Burger King makes. It was
recently featured on Dr. Oz show and rated as top best burger in the country
at a fast food restaurant. It is so delicious - and I have been able to buy
them anywhere in the US and even in Puerto Rico. It comes with a special set
of toppings, which are good. Or, you can get it with any topping you want
jsut by asking for them.
I also saw a show on Dr. Oz a couple weeks ago with fitness expert, Brett
Hoebel , and have adopted his food plan and it is amazing how great I feel
after only 2 weeks. In two weeks my waist line is one inch smaller - WOW. I
love it. His plan is available on the http://www.doctoroz.com website by
looking at "articles". There are lots of great books on this topic.
