the search bar, and it came right up. There is a list of several videos with
him as featured on a recent program.

I adapted his plan to my vegetarian needs, very easy to do,  and I am
feeling great and seeing results and it has only been two weeks. Very easy
program to follow - and then I do my own Body for Life fitness workouts
every day at the gym as well. 
Yes, you are right, that website is a nightmare to get around on - it is so
full of information.
