Myrna,
Here is my contribution. I used each word twice in two four line stanzas,
including the title. Not sure if "s" is considered a suffix.

Reunion Rules

Pay attention, all Old Sweethearts.
You'll not see me this 25th.
I've seen the light, must shed those pounds.
Admit to looking older? No!

The 65th? But who's alive?
I, who no longer see the light,
nor pay attention,  follow rules?
Yes! I'll admit reunion fun.

P.S. I have never been to a class reunion. Also, have not bothered with an
attachment, so am not sure what format will come out.

Here are five words to use in a poem, short story,  essay, whatever you 
choose. We will not limit number of lines nor number of  words if you should

choose to write a short story.  Some have voiced a  preference to this so we

will go with that.   Suffixes and prefixes  can be added but the challenge 
word must remain intact.  All FIVE  words must be used in your piece and
they 
can be used more than once.  If  you have any questions or if you need this 
to be attached please just let me  know.
 
Your five words are: reunion, attention, light,  rule, admit
