I am finally getting to go to a three day training session - been waiting for this for nearly a YEAR - through OVR, of course. Will  be there through next Wednesday, then home for a few days and then OFF again to Southern Ohio for our GIRLZ ART and FITNESS CAMP in a fabulous A frame in the WOODS where we will make ART, Hike, do the Zip Line, and do the Shawn T _Insanity_ workouts every day.  Yes, every day for a WEEK. No families, no obligations, no nothing but have fun together as kindred spirits.
So excited for it all. I probably will not be posting much of anything till after July 16th. Will catch up with y'all after that. 
My writing project for TODAY is to work on my business plan for my new pottery studio - working on all those details.  I used to be a "Grants Specialist" for two colleges in California, so this is very easy for me to write and quite different from the poetry and memoir writing that I enjoy doing. Glad I have had the background for writing the business stuff, too. It is all good!
