Wow, that is a lot. Well, I'm not surprised. Lists usually only have a few 
core active members. For instance although the nabs list has over 200 
subscribers, only 15 regularly participate.

I recently had Dave Andrews send me a listing of the email addresses making
up the STYLIST group. And there are 102 addresses. And as I went down the
list, I noted several that I know are no longer valid, as in I recognized a
couple from former members who have either changed their address and have
moved on and I saw one address for a person who I know is dead


And as for the slower or fewer number of responses to writing prompts ---
that type of activity will always be a good one- the numbers reflecting the
ebb and flow of life and people, sometimes the stream of responses being
strong, at other times being slow and weak.

And here is a note, I've not seen it here, but it has hit the Nebraska
affiliate list --- we aren't seeing too much of Bridgit Pollpeter on this
and other lists because --- she is pregnant and is dealing with the early
stages of --- well, the morning sickness stuff.
