Hey,

Thanks guys for understanding things. I know my previous email was a bit
heated, but I find it confusing how a discussion, and yes disagreement,
but one that is not personal but about a writing subject, can spiral
down onto a personal level. I apologize if I was relentless in my
defense of CNF, but I was just trying to further explain the genre,
which is often misunderstood especially with the somewhat new term of
creative nonfiction, which has only been used in the last 30 years, and
even then, it's still not commonly used outside of certain writing
communities and universities. And I also want to state that I do not
believe a degree is required to write and write well as many of you
demonstrate. I just was trying to back up with what I was saying with
the approach in which I pursued in order to educate myself about
creative writing. I truly think we all have something to offer on
Stylist, and I have learned from many of you. So thanks for so many
appreciating where I have been coming from.

Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter
