[stylist] Any news from our east coast friends?

We lost power, along with about half of Long Island. Our car drowned. Had to get a new one, but there isn't much gas around. We will miss our state convention, darn it. So will most of us on LI. We do not have power back. We are staying with friends and dealing with the cold.

Myrna

In the DC area, we didn't have it as bad as they got it in New Jersey and New
York. We didn't lose power at our house and we only had one large branch come
down in our yard (not on the house thank goodness.

I think about 200,000 people lost power in the DC/Baltimore area. Most lost it
for less than one day, so that was a blessing all things considered.

Hoping the world treats you well.

God bless.

Shawn

I have not heard but my thoughts are with them. We don't have to deal with the
snow but the power loss and the other stuff I know only too well.
