I agree with Eve. The west is mentioned first, but we know her home is
in the east, which Chris reiterates in the following line. She can
either travel west to the unknown or to the east where home is. I'm not
quite sure what your confusion is either. I don't mean this in a
negative or cynical way; I'm just purely not sure what you mean.

I am confused by your comparison. The West and home are two different
directions. I do not think Chris gave anything away here, but I guess I
am not sure what you are trying to point out. Eve
