[stylist] Learning project: writing plays

Dear All, I am familiar with Tennessee Williams. My question was concerning
the written description of setting the stage. It was written in a way that
seemed to combine play writing directions and story telling. One paragraph
that seemed irregular to me in format and style. That and that the
characters do not change names in a script. I still am unsure if this is a
particular playwright's style or a mis-write. It is not the style of the
play itself that was ever in question. Eve
