What a harrowing yet  uplifting   story. 
Yes, Declan is indeed a fighter like his mother. Please do continue to keep
us informed of his progress. How wonderful that he started life as a tall
and substantial young one to help him fight his battles. Are you both tall?
I think of you and your courage more often than you might imagine.
