She also borrows from mythology and there was a Roman emperor named
Severus. Draco means dragon and I know there are many more but I haven't
read the books in a while, and it's not coming back as clearly as it did
once. There are several books about the series and its connections to
literature, mythology and history on Bookshare. Donna
