[stylist] JAWS and Word crashing

He suggest calling Freedom Scientific and speaking with their IT. Sorry,
just trying to be helpful. He's not sure why these versions of JAWS and
Word aren't working. Could be something specific to that particular Word
program.

I have Word 2010 and Jaws 12. I recently downloaded a trial version of
Jaws 14, and I haven't tried that yet, so I guess that's the most
sensible next step. Donna
