[stylist] JAWS and Word crashing

Donna,
You say you have jaws 12 which is recent enough to work well.
Perhaps turning jaws off and then on will help. You may need sighted help
for this unless you can navigate to the jaws icon or list item without
seeing the screen. This helps me sometimes, that or reinstall jaws.

Bridgit,
Thanks for running this by Ross. I appreciate the input. I will call them;
that sounds like the best way -- get it from the horse's mouth. Personally,
I think my computer has a squad of demons who like messing with Jaws. No
problem, they're testing my patience, but building my character. *grin*

He suggest calling Freedom Scientific and speaking with their IT. Sorry,
just trying to be helpful. He's not sure why these versions of JAWS and Word
aren't working. Could be something specific to that particular Word program.

I have Word 2010 and Jaws 12. I recently downloaded a trial version of Jaws
14, and I haven't tried that yet, so I guess that's the most sensible next
step. Donna
