[stylist] question about following blogs

Hi,
I know that many of you are into blogs.  You either have your 
own, follow other blogs or both.
I never really was into blogs until recently.  I have found 
several blogs which are up my interest.
So I have a few questions:
How do you follow a blog?
Does it e-mail you whenever there's a new post?
If so, does it e-mail you the full blog post, or link you to it?
Is there a way that you can organize the blogs that you follow?
