[stylist] Bard

[Bridgit Pollpeter]

It's an NLS service for print-disabled people who qualify. It's digital
downloads and now Braille downloads for compatible devices, which most
are.

In case no one noticed Bard appears to be up so we can download 
books all ready up there just no new ones being uploaded.  Just 
wanted to share that info.
