[stylist] off topic gps for blind users

[Atty Rose]

Sometimes the dictate button isn't there. I am not sure why. I have a 
bluetooth keyboard I wonder if that has something to do with it.
I am going to try blind square and google maps duo for a while and see how 
that works.
