[stylist] list removal email

I received an email saying I was going to be removed from this list because too many sent emails have bounced? Am I right in assuming this is a bogus eamil because the address to respond to looks legit though it "doesn't feel right". No, I did not respond to it, but wondering what to do with it. Probably just delete it because the sender can't be tracked? (Ill take a gander at it on my computer.
