[stylist] Earthing

Hi,
It was right in front of me, and because I had some music in my mind, I sat down and just played my keyboard when I went home from work, and decided not to judge myself if I played badly. In a little bit, I'm just going to open up a program and write whatever comes into my mind to clear some stuff out.

Hi,
I could use a different kind of stress relief. I'm cranky lately because
the company where I consult is replacing me after 18 years. I still have
a job, though. I need to move on emotionally.

    Earthing is probably off topic for this list but I just want to say
that since I began sitting with my feet in the earth every day, my knees
no longer hurt! Also, my fibromyalgia is much,much better.
     More on topic, I have a lot of info on reducing stress if anyone is
stressful about writing. Ann

That is one of the simple things anyone can do in their yards or in the
park, not here in Omaha at the moment since it is roaring ice out there,
but even just putting your hand on a tree for 15 minutes will do amazing
things.

I applaud you going out there like that and doing those work shops.

I'm still getting cold feet doing the QT workshops. I've done some but
that is like 12 hours with people. It's rough on me being that social
for that long. LOL

However, I've done some talks on Energy, how to find it, use it, move
it, and what your energy body is about.

I have some clearing techniques that work amazingly well.

Your book sounds awesome!
