[stylist] Introduction

Welcome. We have a growing list of fantasy writers here. All my
published work has been nonfiction, but I love to write fiction too,
particularly fantasy. I tend to have a lyrical style of writing, which
can be categorized as poetic. I use this voice more in my nonfiction
than fiction, but it is kind of my distinctive style. I agree that you
also have a similar style based on your post, grin.

Look forward to seeing you on the list.

I can tell from your Email that you have a poetic way of writing, I bet
your literary fantasy novels are interesting.

As for my, I mostly write science fiction (and thus far all short
stories).  I do write some poetry and some non-fiction.

Hi Stylists,

Just joined the group and it looks very promising;  I'm looking forward
to interesting chats with y'alls.  I write poetry and fiction, and am
currently about midway through my second (as yet unpublished) novel,
which I label as literary fantasy.  I can easily say without feeling
silly that writing, at least on that incredible sleigh ride we sometimes
experience where word meets rhythm meets metaphor and you feel like your
mind is made of lightning and rainis my favorite thing in the world:  
better than chocolate ice cream, better than hot raunchy sex, better
than anything.  IN the meantime, though, I'm looking forward to some
smart sassy talk with some smart sassy new friends. Cheers, everybody.
