	Hi you all
Here is a tried and true way to get anyone's email address from a list message

1 get into the message
2 shift-tab 5 times, and listen to the title of the fields that you are traveling through. Because, as you do this, you will here: subject, CC, To, Sent, From. From is what you want. 

Then to copy that info out: press the function key F2, which places the focus of the PC cursor in that field, then select all the text in that field and copy it (Control a, then control c), then paste it where   you can then separate it, keeping the actual address as to where it came from. It will look like this:\
stylist <stylist-bounces at nfbnet.org>; on behalf of; Miss Thea <thearamsay at rogers.com>

Next, then copy and paste that into your new message TO field.
