For those interested in learning more about structured poetry and poetic forms, here is another site you may find helpful. It includes instructions and examples.

I hope you enjoy your explorations and perhaps attempt a few. 
Some are much easier than others I will admit but I will also say that this site tweaked that creative spirit more than a few times.
