I cannot add anything more to this, Chelsae.
Yes, I think an "ode" would be what I would call this - a celebration and 
focus on something you dream of - your vision expands as we walk through 
this piece. Good for you - so ambitious.
It is wonderful to see some really good poems being put up here lately - 
keep em comin' on, girl!

Great to hear from you. Generally speaking, I'm not a big fan of long poems.
Now, having said that, yours is so full of passion, it keeps the reader
going. Of course, it's almost a story, almost an essay, an ode to
perseverance, but what really comes through is the dreamer in you. Nicely
done.
