[stylist] stylist Digest, Vol 126, Issue 5

Hi Helen,
Welcome to Stylist, and congratulations on all of your writing endeavors.
When you say you're about to publish your first "nonfiction" book, does that
mean that you've already published a book of poetry or fiction?

I'm Donna from Northeast Pennsylvania, and I've had memoirs, articles, and
fiction published. My first novel, The Heart of Applebutter Hill, came out
in 2013 and is being used in middle schools through college as part of
diversity, inclusion and antibullying initiatives. I just did a two-part
series for the Daisy Planet this past summer.

We're not close enough for coffee, but I look forward to your input on the
list.
Cheers,
Donna W. Hill

Hello, Stylists,

I wanted to say hello and introduce myself, as I am new to your listserve.
My name is Helen and I'm a teacher and writer in the Boston area. I have
written and published poetry, prose, humorous fiction, social commentary and
educational articles. I'm a guest blogger with National Braille Press, and
am close to publishing my first non-fiction book. I'm excited to be
connecting with you all in our creativity...have enjoyed what I've been
seeing on the listserve. If there are any Stylists in the Boston area who
would like to get together for tea and talk, I'd love to do that.

Helen
