[stylist] Lynda & Bob

Hi Everyone,
Our day in Pittsburgh went just fine - we got there and back safely - I was
really worried about it because Bob has some memory problems, and it was ok
with me there carefully paying attention and telling him exactly where to
turn at each step of the way. Thankfull, I have a very good graphic memory
and directions are one of my best skills. That is weird, because I can be a
real ditz in lots of things. (As you most likely know by now.)

Bob is scheduled to go to stay at West Penn Hospital for a week of chemo,
his FOURTH, beginning September 25. Following that week, the transplant
begins - he is to be hospitalized at least a month for this.
We are pooped after the all day testing yesterday, but I am enjoying a
wonderful book about Beatrix Potter's life - I knew nothing of her other
than she did illustrated books in the late 1800s and into the 1930x or so. .
It is amazing what this writer did in her lifetime - and I have developed a
very deep appreciation for her work ethic and her dedication to educating
herself in science at a time when women were not permitted to even think of
boing to school in botany or other sciences. We all have so much to be
thankful for and we can really see it when we learn of the many obstacles
other writers before our time. I have been wanting to write and think of it
many times a day, but have not settled myself down to do anything about it.
I keep writing inside my head, but nothing gets put down - I just seem to be
fluttering about a lot of time.
Thanks for your prayers for our journey in the weeks ahead. Lynda

You are definitely in my prayers. God is a God of miracles...He can do
anything but fail. Please keep us posted.
