Sem,

Oh god, can't believe I know this much, but like Spock, I am deeply
passionate underneath it all but have learned to rule my emotions and see
things from a more logical standpoint, smile. Especially when in an
argument, I tend to see and argue the logical points, leaving out personal
feelings. I focus on arguments people make, avoiding any personal, emotional
involvement, but then I don't understand when others don't see and do things
the same way. I tend to belabor a point because of this logic, not always
understanding why the other party involved in any given discussion/debate is
getting heated and/or taking things personally. For example, a person can
state an opinion or discuss a point, and if I address a differing view, I
tend to focus on that point or opinion alone, but often, the other person
reads sub-text into the debate, which can lead to miscommunication and
misunderstanding, and I don't always get it, ha-ha! Ross says I should have
been a lawyer, and I considered it once upon a time, but I think that ship
has sailed. People do it, but I'm 34 with a young child, and law school is
intense and takes up so much time. I have friends and family who are
lawyers, and they are glad they went to law school before having a family.

Hi, Brigit.
I can't really get into most scoff, Trek included, but I do like Spock as
like your husband, many of my Tricky friends call me Spock for the same
reasons. LOL. I'm learning to not allow my logic to constantly rule me,
though, as it can get in the way of my psychic intuition at times and it
screws me over.
I'm friends with the monster that's under my bed.
I get along with the voices inside of my head.
