Robert,
You do bring up a good point that you can use the copy format hotkey
control+ shift+ c to copy any style and transfer to another document. I made
one document for that purpose when I was formatting my novel, but I can't
find it. *groan* Anyway, for anyone who is curious, the apply format hotkey
is control+ shift+v. Just select the text first that you want to format.

Get into a document where you know you have some of these headings, copy
them, and paste them into your new document. (I have done this in the past,
and was even successful in changing some of the wording; touchy to do, but
possible.) Then hey, are you in the correct document type, where setting up
a heading is allowed?

You know that's what I thought it was, but it's not working. Could I have
done something to the document that blocks it? It is getting really
annoying. Hmmm, I have tried it on vairous documents though with the same
results, so... Any thoughts? Eve
