[stylist] Chris, your first place story

Chris,
With computer, and other problems, I have finally started to read Slate and
Style. I just finished your story. It is a beautiful love story as well as a
testament to the spirit of those involved with blindness and of the vblind
themselves.
I love the way you wove in the meaning of 75. Its beginning, its growth, its
culmination, of the length of a marriage, of a bed of Black-eyed Susans, and
a strong emotional ending for those who teach by example.
It was written so smoothly, that I could not stop reading. 
In writing this piece, I feel that you have inspired all of us to live
better, and make a real effort to pass on that inspiration to all of our
loved ones, as well as the larger population.
I thank you so much for this beautifully written story.
