Apparently if you have books already downloaded on your phone or iPad or when ever you can still read them. I am reading a book and have been reading it even though I'm getting system announcement saying system failure. Apparently the whole library of Congress is having difficulty with their website. However, barred will be having repairs done this next week and should be back online by August 1. That's all the news I know.
