Regarding Ashleys response. Thank you for taking the time to pass on your
thoughts. I will use those key strokes as I slowly jump on the Word 10
curve or OS7 system.
As soon as I get the funds, I think I will try the Scribner program. I
write a lot of short stories with lots of research and now getting into
long novels and this just might do the job. I'll report in once this
happens for me.

Take care All and Bridget, I tried a few of the key strokes you
recommended and wow, they worked fine. Thank you and I fear the day my XP
system goes down. It does  so nice for me as of now. I really don't have
the time to climb the curve!
