Hi Jackie Williams,
Do you use Windows or Mac? There is a Kindle program that is free for both. Do you use a braille display? I have written a free guide for using my specific braille display (Brailliant) with VoiceOver on the Mac. I had to do it just so I could remember how to use the braille display. It was current before the latest update a few weeks ago. I know of some great guides for the Ipad and Iphone as well, their version of VoiceOver is a little different. I can try to find one for you if you want.
