Just sent a message that they released it today. www.soundscapes.com and use
the menu to go to download. The play store link is listed below the app
store.

Hi all! 
I have the ACB radio and the soundscapes app. Unfortunently, there isn't an
Android vertion of the eclipse soundscapes app. They only have an IOS
vertion of this app so far. I'm an iphone user myself but I have a friend
who recently got an Android who would love this app if she could get it. I
hope for her sake that they do come out with an Android vertion for all who
are blind and have Android phones. I'm also glad that the IOS crowd like
myself has it!!! I wish they came out for both crowds could get it on the
same day.
