Hi David, regarding your Regional Library. What state do you live in? Many states, including my own, have had serious budget cuts in the past few years which could affect Library service. I have also heard a few grumbles about the quanity and quality of books on BARD. Not sure what's up with that, but here's my guess, and I apologize if this seems political. There still is no budget for this fiscal year. And based on some other things that have been going on, I won't be surprised if there are significant budget cuts to NLS. Mind you, I'm not saying this is fact, I'm just saying that based on what is happening elsewhere in the country it would not surprise me.
