[Stylist] Question about the Critique Service on the Writer's Division Web Site

Hi All,
I know I haven't really been posting or writing for the list in 
awhile.
I know that there is a critiquing service on the writers' 
division web site, where people can submit items one chapter at a 
time.
I was wondering how I could get involved to participate and help 
critique peoples' work.  If anyone has any information on this, 
please let me know.
