Hey Ann,

 

Nice job. Water skiing is much more difficult than most people think,
especially when they watch people who know how to do it skiing so
gracefully. I tried twice when I was sighted, and couldn't get up. After I
went blind, a friend invited me to a clinic for blind and disabled skiers,
and with instruction I was able to do it and it was a blast. We were in
fresh water, though.

 

One question-I don't really get the 'misconnection' theme in your piece.
Admittedly, I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but did I miss
something?
