Hi-
You can start your own blog on Wordpress.com using a screen reader like
JAWS. 
I type my blog in word and copy and paste it into  my blog. There are plenty
of materials on the web to help you. 

Freedom Scientific has tutorials for JAWS users, for example. There may be a
book about it from National Braille Press. Not sure. I've had my blog for
many years and  love it.
 I would suggest using the internet to read up on what and how to create a
word press blog and go from there.
