Kate is excited to share readings from her new book,  Hey, You Got Eyeballs
in There? Four Journeys in a Challenged Life C 2024

About the Book

A collection of stories depicting the life and times of a blind girl as she
experiences the challenges of being a young child, teenager, wife and
mother, and grandmother. As she grows up, some of Grace's stories are happy,
some trying, some enlightening, and a few journeys are sad, but they're all
the warp and weave of what goes into the tapestry of life we call Family.

 

About the Author

Kathryn (Kate) Chamberlin is a current member of the Wayne Writer's Guild,
Visionary support group, free-lance writer/editor, Accessibility
Ambassadress to the Memorial Art Gallery (Rochester, NY); former Anglican
educator; newspaper columnist for 15 years, Clerk of the Holy Cross Vestry
for ten years, and Chapter Recording Secretary of the Daughters of the
American Revolution for 9 years. She and her husband are now empty-nest
great-grandparents and enjoy having lunch out, country walks during the good
weather, and mall cruising during the inclement weather.
