Early winter greetings to you, friends and followers. It's time for
football, giving thanks and shopping, shopping and more   shopping!  It is
less than sixty days until Christmas. 

 

 

2025 has been kind and fruitful for us and we   want  to pass on our best
wishes, and want all of you to know we    wish you the best, whatever it may
be.

 

The news this time is  my mixed media art studio, Whispering Vines, is now
on my website. One of the pieces, Bar Top,  displayed on the web page is in
a juried touchable art show at the  Carnegie Library of Accessible Media for
Pennsylvanians located in Pittsburgh. . The show will be open to   the
public on November 7 and the entire month of November. Visitors will be able
to touch art sculptures and other art forms, like mine.

Yes, I am writing and now I am painting, cutting, gluing and framing. It
feels like I've found a part of my creative self that was hiding for a long
time.People have remarked my style is original and primitive.  

 

As I write this, Halloween is in three days and we've got  the candy stored
and the house decorated.  Our neighborhood gets about  100 kids and it is so
much fun to hear them and feel the magic.

 

Costumes haunt the street

candy bucket   empties in

the dark evening

dogs grow bat wings

cats become unicorns

what happened to dressing up the humans?
