<p class="MsoNormal">When I visit the page of the NY Times, what I find is a link to contribute my article as a guest opinion and a form, but no specific contacts. I’ve always found that the best way to reach out to anyone with an inquiry like this is to have
a name and research their personal / professional background as thoroughly as possible.<o:p></o:p></p>
