[Tactile-Talk] AI image creation

It may be useful to run Imagemagick on the generated images before 
sending them to a tactile display. If I remember rightly, it can convert 
to different image resolutions, and even has support for tactile 
graphics output, though I don't recall the details.

Can any of the multimodal large language models create vector graphics? 
If so, this would be the best format (e.g., SVG or a vector-based PDF). 
You can perform further conversion, as needed.

The Monarch supports PDF, and I assume (although I don't know for sure) 
that this includes vector images. I don't know the state of its SVG 
support though.
