The problem with these tech programs is they are very different depending on states.  Some are very regional even in the state.  It is worth a look but not the same over all the states.

Another possibility -- although a long shot is that every state has a Tech Act program. One of their jobs is to loan out Assistive Technology to would-be users. It is federally funded and has a different name in each state. Here in MN, it is the STAR program.
