[Tactile-Talk] Lending program for Monarch?

Hello, Ken. I did some checking online, first, on APH's Meet the Monarch
page, where a Monarch user group for Facebook was mentioned, but the link
to that page said that the page could not be opened because the address was
invalid. I next found a page for a lending program provided by the Michigan
Disability Rights Coalition, but that page returned a message that the page
does not seem to exist. I am also aware of the Student Pilot Program and
the RISE program, but I am not a student, nor am I a professional employee
who works with blind people. If you have any other suggestions, I would
appreciate them very much. Thank you for your assistance.
