[Tactile-Talk] technical documentation on Orbit Graphiti

Orbit Research recently announced that they are releasing an SDK for the
Graphiti as an open source library, though I have not yet seen the
official release. You may want to ask for access to this as well, which
will hopefully be available since they announced the plan to release it
almost a month ago. It seems likely that some people may have already
had access to this or a similar SDK earlier, but their release spoke of
a more general release and clearer license terms.
