Hi all, 

This is what we have so far. 

Monday July 8: 

Dave and Barbara first shift from 11 until 1. Terry Hall has agreed to second shift from 1 until 3, and I will work 3rd shift from 3 until 5. I need people for each of those 2 shifts. 1 per shift if possible. I will work extra if I have to. 

Tuesday July 9: 

Terri and Nick Willcox will work first shift from 8:30 until 11. No one has volunteered for 2nd shift yet from 11 until 1. Sam has volunteered for 3rd shift from 1 until 3, and I have no one for the final shift from 3 until 5. So I need 2 people from 11 until 1, 1 person to work with Sam and 2 people to work 3-5. 

Wednesday July 10: I have Keri and her friend working late but no one working at night. 

Thursday: Sam is working last shift with Dave during lunch. Need more volunteers, and will reach out if I need to.

We do need that cash box. Also, Terri and Nick  asked for the first shift on Tuesday and not Monday. So I still have all openings for all 3 shifts on Monday. Terry Hall has signed to work the 1:00 shift on Monday. Terri and Nick have first shift on Tuesday. Keri McKewen and her friend Bret have lunch on Wednesday, and Sam Clasen has signed up for lunch on Thursday. I need more people to reach out to me, but that's what we have so far.

I will say I can do almost any shift.

I think I better do the last shift on Thursday as I will collect the money and see about getting what is left back to my room.

I will do whatever shift Jim Rechkemmer signs up for.

Good evening Federation family:  

Convention time is nearing, and as always the National Federation of the Blind of Iowa will be represented with a table in the exhibit hall. We need everyone's help at convention to help make our table a success. We will be selling Iowa Scissors and popcorn, at table a45. Exhibit hall hours for us will be 11-5 on Monday, 8:30 until 5:00 on Tuesday. 12:00 until 1:45 and 7-9 PM on Wednesday and finally 12:00 until 1:45 on Thursday. 

We will break this down into 10 shifts. Monday: 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, 1-3 and 3-5. Tuesday we will have 4 shifts: first shift will be 8:30 until 11:00, and then the following 3 shifts will all be 2 hours. 11-1, 1-3, and 3-5. We will need people from 12:00 until 1:45 on Wednesday and Thursday, and people to cover from 7-9 on Wednesday night. 

2 people will work the table at once. Terri and Nick Wilcox have already requested the first shift. Please let me know via any of the contact methods listed below which shifts you would like to work. If you grab a friend and sign up as a pair, you are even more likely to get the shift you want. Also, if any of you are willing to fill in and take a shift should something come up, please let me know that as well. I will send out schedule information as soon as you guys start signing up for shifts. Thank you all for your cooperation and see you in Vegas if not before.
